Joplin, MO – (09/05/17) Today at 11:32 AM, the Joplin Police Department received a call about a disturbance with a stabbing at Convenience Inn and Suites (3400 South Range Line Road). When officers arrived, they located a 33-year-old female inwards the hotel that had been stabbed. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance and is presently in critical but stable condition. Detectives are presently investigating the case. No arrests have been made at this time.

Recently, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office was contacted to provide off-duty security in response to vandalism occurring across the country to historic monuments, alternating shifts with a privately contracted security rock hard.

Union members of the Timken manufacturing facility lined the street holding signs that said “fair contract now.” Members of the union on strike were not able to provide specifics, but did say they were upset with their contract and wages.

UPDATE: An ambulance took one student from a bus to Cox Medical Center Branson for further evaluation. The student`s injuries are not life-threatening. Medical personnel cleared all other students and their parents have been contacted. Some parents chose to pick-up their students, the rest went home on another bus. The Branson West Police Department is investigating the cause of this accident.

UPDATE: An ambulance took one student from a bus to Cox Medical Center Branson for further evaluation. The student`s injuries are not life-threatening. Medical personnel cleared all other students and their parents have been contacted. Some parents chose to pick-up their students, the rest went home on another bus. The Branson West Police Department is investigating the cause of this accident.

UPDATE: An ambulance took one student from a bus to Cox Medical Center Branson for further evaluation. The student`s injuries are not life-threatening. Medical personnel cleared all other students and their parents have been contacted. Some parents chose to pick-up their students, the rest went home on another bus. Joplin, MO – (09/05/17) Today at 11:32 AM, the Joplin Police Department received a call about a disturbance with a stabbing at Convenience Inn and Suites (3400 South Range Line Road). When officers arrived, they located a 33-year-old female inwards the hotel that had been stabbed. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance and is presently in critical but stable condition. Detectives are presently investigating the case. No arrests have been made at this time.

Recently, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office was contacted to provide off-duty security in response to vandalism occurring across the country to historic monuments, alternating shifts with a privately contracted security rock hard.

UPDATE: An ambulance took one student from a bus to Cox Medical Center Branson for further evaluation. The student`s injuries are not life-threatening. Medical personnel cleared all other students and their parents have been contacted. Some parents chose to pick-up their students, the rest went home on another bus. The Branson West Police Department is investigating the cause of this accident.

UPDATE: An ambulance took one student from a bus to Cox Medical Center Branson for further evaluation. The student`s injuries are not life-threatening. Medical personnel cleared all other students and their parents have been contacted. Some parents chose to pick-up their students, the rest went home on another bus. The Branson West Police Department is investigating the cause of this accident.
